My winning plan for PMP – Prashant Anand

It hasn’t been much long, when I started my career in project management.
And on the very first week a senior colleague suggested me to pursue PMP.

I considered it, read eligibility criteria and other related stuff but didn’t put much of an effort into it.

After that, couple of years later I finally took a step and signed up for a 3 days – 35 PDUs classroom program, hosted by Ms. Kavita sharma.

I set a target of one month to take the test but failed due to lack of confidence.

I moved to Vadodara on a project in end of March, and I met Mr Mahesh Panchal who introduced me to this whatsapp group ” winningPMPlan” moderated by Vidhi Raj and Mr Vidyesh Alve.

Vidhi added me to the group and that was the time I started gaining confidence and was able to set goals, prioritise study sections and clear my doubts.

In first week of April, I scheduled my exam on for 2nd May 2017.

For 1 month, I indulged in all the exercises and questions presented in “WinningPMPlan” WhatsApp group along with PMBOK® studies.

When the exam date was close and I started panicking, some of the group members (Vinisha, Arun and Shubham), personally called me and boosted my moral and confidence with positive words and facts.

On 2nd of May, I appeared for the exam, cleared it and thanked everyone.

And I am still available in that WhatsApp group to help other aspirants just like they all helped me.
